My newest custom vinyl toy. I used a Jamungo Bud blank for this one. Inspired by Ben Swift’s Eyeskull character.

Custom Toy Rocket Ship

This is a toy rocket ship that I converted from a wooden bird house. Various mixed media was used to enhance the piece and create the vintage, weathered look through excessive riveting and paint effects.
I created this piece for display and auction in the Toys in the Attic art show. The annual Toys in the Attic event is both a toy drive and art show – featuring limited-edition, toy-inspired poster prints and custom-created toys. 100% of the door donations and toys collected go to The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation – along with 25% of art print and custom toy sales.
It’s a great cause put together by an art/design pal named Steve Tenebrini, and I’m really happy to be a part of the show.
Cyclops Alien Custom Munny Figure

Custom munny figure. Epoxy putty, acrylics and ink on Kid Robot Munny DIY toy.
Kiss the Goat Custom Dunny

Another custom vinyl toy using the usual materials- epoxy putty, acrylics, ink washes and various mixed media. This time I used a Kid Robot Dunny figure as the platform, and those funny little “ears” just sang horns to my soul.
Beholder Munny Bust

The base of this piece was the head from one of Kid Robot’s DIY Munny figures. Various media was used to bulk out and texture the figure, which was finished with acrylics and ink washes.
It’s my take on the legendary D&D Beholder creature. Maybe with a nod to HP Lovecraft thrown in there as well? I’m not sure. I just let it flow while creating this one.
